If you or your group are first time participants at Days of Knights, you are required to submit a recent photograph of your kit for approval by event staff to ensure compliance with the standards of historical authenticity. The only exception is for newcomers who will be participating with an already established group that has attended DoK in the past. Your group will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards.

After submission, a member of event staff will contact you at the email provided to notify you of approval or seek clarification if necessary.

The photograph you submit should show as much of your kit as possible. A close-up headshot will not do. If there is anything you would like to explain in the photograph, please put that in the comments below. An accompanying written description of your kit is helpful to our decision making! Thank you!
